What do the free 14 days include?
Full Clinic-plan functionality, no limits. No card needed — when the trial ends, pick a plan or export your data.
How do we migrate from our current system?
Upload an export — AI maps the columns to EVMIAS fields, you review a preview and get an error report. Migration usually takes less than a day.
Is the AI add-on mandatory?
No. The CRM works fully without it. The add-on brings ~20 AI features; on the Network plan it is already included.
What counts as a staff member?
An active account with system access: vet, admin, cashier, manager. Accounts can be deactivated and reassigned.
Can we change plans or cancel?
Yes, anytime from settings. When switching to annual billing we prorate the remainder; after cancellation your data stays available for export for 90 days.
